Getting A Loan Declined
Is Frustrating

Having a loan declined is one of the last things people think about when applying for finance.

Most people get excited about buying that new car, the new home, doing renovations, consolidating debt, going on a holiday or purchasing something special.

The majority of people just assume that the finance will be approved.

But then the bank says "NO!"

Or worse still, they load the loan with a huge interest rate that will take forever to pay back.

All this does is leave people feeling lost, disappointed and frustrated.

The banks don't offer any information or help, so applicants are often left with nowhere to turn.

So much for helping their loyal customers.

The first thing that people need to do, to go from declined to approved, is to understand why a loan gets declined in the first place.

Why Do Loans Get Declined?

The biggest cost to banks, lenders and phone companies when they provide finance to their customers, is that people don't pay back the money they originally borrowed.

They are really scared about it!

It's true that when someone applies for credit, the bank or lender will check how much income that person makes, what savings patterns they have and what assets they have.

But by far the MOST IMPORTANT part that impacts someones ability to get a loan is their Equifax Credit Report and Credit Score.

Like it or not, banks, lenders, phone companies and electricity providers share a persons financial information with each other.

All of this information is held in a database known as a Credit Report.

Everyone who has ever applied for a loan, credit card, a lease, mobile phone contract or any other type of finance has a Credit Report.

In this Credit Report there is a three or four digit number that banks use to decide whether they will approve a loan or not...it's called a Credit Score.

For example and as a rule of thumb, if the Credit Score is above 950 (and the applicant meets all their other criteria) the loan is approved at the best interest rate available. If it's below that, then the loan will either be declined OR the lender will charge a higher interest rate.

The higher the credit score, the lower the interest rate.

Even One Missed Payment Could Affect Someones Credit Score For Between 2 and 5 Years

It doesn't matter if someone is a nice person or if they pay most of their bills on time...

One simple slip up could reduce someones Credit Score and cost thousands.

What type of things can affect someone's Credit Score?

❌ Moving address
❌ Switching banks or credit cards
❌ Changing phone numbers
❌ Changing email address
❌ Changing jobs
❌ Travelling overseas
❌ Debt collector chasing for payment
❌ Unpaid Tolls
❌ Applying for finance or credit
❌ Or just forgetting to pay a bill

The worst part? This information can negatively affect someones Credit Score and Credit Report for up to 5 years!

A Credit Score and Credit Report Is The
Main Way To Decide If People Will Pay

A Credit Score and Credit Report Is The Main Way To Decide If People Will Pay

Surprisingly allot more businesses and organisations look at someone's Credit Score and Credit Report than we realise.

They use it to find out what type of person they are providing services to.

In our 17 years experience, we've seen a wide range use of this data:

A new or current employer use it to see if they can trust people
Insurers use it determine how risky of a customer they might be
Landlords and real estate agents use it to determine if rent will be paid
Telco's use it to decide if they will offer a mobile phone or internet contract
Banks and lenders use it to decide if they'll approve a loan or how much interest to charge

Because of this, we think it's critical that everyone knows what's on their credit report before it's too late.

Bad Credit Costs People
$1,000's Each Year

Bad Credit Costs People $1,000's Each Year

When someone has a bad Credit Score or Credit Report, it's easy to ignore the high interest rate because most people are just thankful they could get the loan in the first place.

But just one small black mark can force people to pay $100,000+ more in interest on a mortgage or other finance than someone who has a strong Credit Score or Credit Report.

These affects can last for years and get people into a spiral that is hard to get out of.

Why Are We Doing This?

Okay, we can hear the skepticism from here.

Why are we going to all of this trouble to help people with their Credit Report AND providing a BONUS Credit Score Health Check?

There's two reasons.

Firstly, we know what it's like to feel trapped by finances and credit.

We want to help as many people as possible explore their options and their financial health.

Secondly, we are actually really good at what we do and this is how we get new clients.

By showing how awesome we are and what we're capable of, some people ask us to give them even more help and support.

There’s no pressure...

If anyone takes advantage of our BONUS Credit Score Health Check and decides that our other awesome services aren’t for them then that’s totally fine.

No hard feelings.

WARNING: This Is Not For Everyone

WARNING: This Is Not For Everyone

Repairing peoples credit score isn't for everyone. If you have unmanageable debt, are insolvent or considering bankruptcy, then we can discuss the other options that are more appropriate to help in those circumstances.
